TL;DR
Most AI tools let you 'set a voice' but the input field is too small to actually capture one. Here's the prompt block we paste at the top of every generation.
The template
Copy this, fill in the blanks, paste at the top of any AI prompt:
Brand: [name]
What we sell: [one sentence]
Who we sell to: [one specific persona]
Voice rules:
- Sentences average 12 words
- One idea per paragraph
- Never use: [your banned-word list]
- Always use: [your house words]
- Reading level: [grade 7 / grade 11 / etc.]
Reference voice: write like [name a writer or brand]
Forbidden moves:
- No "in today's fast-paced..."
- No "leverage" or "synergy"
- No rhetorical questions to open
